I work out every Monday morning at 6:30 a.m. at the Y training with Tonia Ward. I find it fun to work with a fitness expert and to learn to challenge my muscles in new ways. The workouts are varied and stimulating, and I never get bored with the routine. I’m always learning some new exercise or new way to work different muscle groups. It’s a great way to begin my day and my whole week!
